The Rincon Health Network Anticoagulation Clinic provides specialized care for patients prescribed blood-thinning medications, including Coumadin, Warfarin, Lovenox, Pradaxa, Xarelto, Eliquis, and Savaysa. Our focus is to keep your treatment safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs.
Our Nurse Practitioners work hand-in-hand with your Primary Care Physician (PCP). They review your medical history, complete evaluations, and order necessary tests. Beyond clinical care, they serve as educators and advocates—answering your questions, explaining results, and guiding you every step of the way.
